Welcome to our first Aquatic Centre Update for 2019.  While the builders of the Aquatic Centre also enjoyed a well-earned, albeit a short break over Christmas, construction during December and January (to date) has been very productive, with the following achievements:

• Tiling of the 50m swimming pool commenced;
• Grand stand concrete tiers poured;
• Steel framing of the grand stand roof installed;
• Suspended concrete slab of the main pavilion building poured;
• Steel framing of the pavilion structure commenced;
• Sheeting of the grand stand roof commenced;
• Construction of the pool plant building commenced.

If you are driving into the College once schools starts, I am sure you will be amazed to see how the centre and new entrance to the College is taking shape.
