Conditions of Entry

• All patrons acknowledge and accepts that they must provide the College with all information of a medical, physical, psychological or social nature that may be relevant to their welfare while at the Centre.
• In the event of any medical or other emergency arising which makes it impossible or impractical to communicate, patrons authorise the College to take whatever action is considered necessary or expedient for health and safety.
• Patrons may only access the Centre during the Hours of Operation.
• Patrons must scan, swipe or produce their access card or pay any applicable fee on entry.
• Persons 14 years or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over the age of eighteen (18) to access the Pool.
• Persons aged 0 to 5 years must stay within arms reach of the parent or guardian.
• Persons aged 6 to 10 years always be in constant visual contact of the parent or guardian and be prepared to enter the water.
• Persons aged 11 to 14 years must be within visual contact by a parent or guardian.
• Patrons are unable to access the Gym located under the scoreboard at any time.
• No pets are permitted inside the Centre. Service animals accepted.
• The College is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
• For safety and privacy of all persons, photography within the Centre is prohibited without prior, management approval.
